Formed 1 Sep 1941 in Ploesti from Luftverteidigungskommando 10 with:
In March 1942 moved to Southern Russia, to support operations in the Crimea, but on May 1942 moved to Kursk, now attached to the 2nd Armee, with:
1942/43 operations at Kursk and the Don river.
Organisation 1 Nov 1943:
Stab/Flak-Regiment 153 (mot.) joined the division in Jan 1944; Stab/Flak-Regiment 133 (mot.) left the division in Mar 1944, while Stab/Flak-Regiment 48 (mot.) joined the division during the same month.
Stab/Flak-Regiment 153 (mot.) and Stab/Flak-Regiment 48 (mot.) left again in May 1944 (both returned in Aug 1944), while Stab/Flak-Regiment 12 (mot.) joined the division.
Stab/Flak-Regiment 12 (mot.) left again in Jun 1944, while Stab/Flak-Regiment 7 (mot.) joined the division (left again Jul 1944, but returned Aug 1944).
Stab/Flak-Regiment 77 (v) and Stab/Flak-Regiment 99 (mot.) left the division Aug 1944, while Stab/Flak-Regiment 17 (mot.) joined the division.
Organisation 1 Sep 1944:
Stab/Flak-Regiment 17 (mot.) left for the 17. Flak-Division in Sep 1944, while Stab/Flak-Regiment 99 (mot.) returned during the same month, but left again in Nov 1944.
1943/44 operations in South Russia, Galizien (Lemberg and Cracow), Mar 1945 in Lauban area, Apr 1945 attached to the 17th Armee at Troppau, and ended the war in Koniginhof. 1 Mar 1945 moving to SW Lauban, under I. Flakkorps.
Subordinated to Luftflotte 4, and from May 1942 to May 1945 under I. Flakkorps, except 8 Aug 1942 - Feb 1943 under Luftwaffenkommando Don.
