14. Flak-Division

Formed 1 Feb 1942 in Leipzig, to replace the 2nd Flak-Division. Remained in Leipzig until 1945, and probably saw ground combat May 1945 at Pritzwalk.
Organisation 1 Feb 1942:
Stab/Flak-Regiment 3 moved to Stettin in Jun 1942 and became independent under Luftgau III (possibly later than Jun 1942).
Organisation 1 Nov 1943:
Organisation 1 Jan 1944:
Flakgruppe Niederschlesien became Stab/Flak-Regiment 150 in Mar 1944, and left the division, while Stab/Flakscheinwerfer-Regiment 7 left in May 1944.
Stab/Flak-Regiment 300 was renamed Stab/Flak-Regiment 90 in May 1944.
Stab/Flak-Regiment 120 (Flakgruppe Buhlen-Zeitz) joined the division in Jul 1944, followed by Stab/Flak-Regiment 138 (Flakgruppe Dresden) in Aug 1944.
Organisation 1 Oct 1944:
Stab/Flak-Regiment 33 was transferred to the 21. Flak-Brigade in Nov 1944, while Stab/Flak-Regiment 138 left for 4. Flak-Brigade during the same month.
Subordinated to Luftgau-Kommando III.
