Formed in December 1944 in Amersfoort (Holland) from replacement troops from home. Originally intended for a new 8. Fallschirm-Jäger-Division, but was instead attached to the 2. Fallschirms-Jäger Division (to replace the missing FJR.6). Surrendered in the Ruhr pocket 1945.
