Formed Jan 1944 at Reims with 5 batteries, and was destroyed in Normandy.

Reformed Nov 1944 in Holland.

In 1945 apparently became II./Flak-Regiment 6, and was reformed from III./Fallschirm-Flak-Regiment 12.
