- 25 Jan 1943 - HQ moved to Amsterdam, and the division began replacing the 167th Infanterie-Division
- 8 Feb 1943 - transfer to the Amsterdam area completed
- 22 Apr 1943 - Divisional HQ moved to Amstelveen (5km south of Amsterdam)
