Activated Mar 1941 in Oslo for Luftflotte 5 with:

• Stab II./25 (Telegrafenbau) new with:
• 4./25 from 2./Lv.Nachrichten-Abteilung 2
• 5./25 new
• 6./25 new
• Gerätekolonne new (from Jan 1945 Nachr.u.Kfz.Tross II./Luftnachrichten-Regiment 25)

In late 1942 Stab II, Ger.Kol., 4. - 6./Ln.Rgt.25 became Stab, Ger.Kol., 1. - 3./Ln.Telegrafenbau-Abteilung zbV 8, but reverted back to their old designations again in Nov 1943.

Service:

• 1941/42 in Norway, attached to Luftnachrichten-Regiment 5
• Dec 1942 in Finland, with 7./15 and 8./21 attached
• 1944 in Norway
