Reformed Nov 1942 in Posen from parts of Ergänzungsgruppe (S) 2. Was attached to III./LLG1 between Jan 1943 and Mar 1943; In Oct 1943 redesignated 1.(DFS)/Schleppgruppe 1.

Formed Jun 1942 in Riga from 3. Go-Staffel der Luftwaffe, with 15 Go 242, but these were apparently never assembled, and the unit never saw any action. Moved to Lechfeld in Oct 1942, was disbanded, and absorbed by I./LLG2.
