I meant to tell you this is on a French beach in the Pas De Calais.

Attached is a photo I believe to be of the plane my father – Donald Epstein - and his crew were shot down in on July 12, 1944. I believe those are German soldiers looking for souvenirs. I hope this helps with your web site
