The Gruppe briefly transferred to Le Culot in France before moving to Deblin-Irena in Poland for Operation Barbarossa, where it came under the control of Luftflotte 1. The aircraft was scheduled for repair at Voronezh airfield but had to be destroyed by its own personnel before retreating.
