Formed 1 Apr 1941 in Dortmund as Stab/Flak-Brigade z.b.V. (Stab/Flak-Brigade X from Jun 1941), to protect the Bochum-Munstterland area. Moved to Central Russia (Orel, Desna) in Feb 1943(?), to protect the rear area of Heeresgruppe Mitte. Became Stab/10. Flak-Brigade in mid-1943.
Organisation 1 Nov 1943:
Nov 1943 - Feb 1944 saw action at the frontline in Vitebsk, and from Feb 1944 again protected the rear area of Heeresgruppe Mitte (Brest and Baranovitschi).
Reorganised Feb 1944, now with (1 Mar 1944):
Reorganised again in Apr 1944, now with (1 May 1944):
Stab/Flak-Regiment 34 (v) left the brigade in Aug 1944, and was replaced by Stab/Flak-Regiment 10 (mot.) and Stab/Flak-Regiment 23 (mot.).
Aug 1944 in the Warzaw area, and Sep 1944 to East Prussia (Lützen area, attached to the 27. Flak-Division). On 1 Oct 1944 redesignated Stab/Flak-Regiment 116.
