4./Res.323 and 5./321 exchanged designations in 1940.
Reorganised as a schwere Abteilung in late 1942:
1./gem.323 became 1./537, and was reformed
5./gem.323 became 4./921, and was reformed
6./s.323 new
7./s.323 new (RAD)
In late 1943:
5./s.323 became 2./432, and was reformed from s.Flak-Bttr.zbV 10250 (RAD)
6./s.323 became 3./432, and was reformed from s.Flak-Bttr.zbV 10251
8. - 10./s.323 was formed in Oct 1944:
